I discuss how to tell when your winter squash is ripe and when to leave it on the vine a while longer, and you'll get a close-up look at just how huge Armenian Cucumbers can get! (My chickens LOVE them!)

Usually, I harvest my veggies a little every few days, as I need them and as they ripen. However, since I'm going out of town later this week, I decided to take as much off the plants as possible, so my daughter will have less to worry about while I'm gone.
