EX Oden just received the BEST buff in One Piece Bounty Rush! After his latest update, Oden becomes insanely tanky because when he has an ATK buff, his damage reduction scales with ATK and even ignores the enemy’s ignore DEF effects. The only issue? Oden gets an ATK buff only after using Skill 1… ⚔️
So I decided to fix that by giving him a permanent ATK buff 🔥
In this video, I paired Dogstorm with Oden—Dogstorm can transfer his 30% ATK buff to Oden upon KO, giving Oden a constant boost for the whole match. This build makes Oden feel completely different and might be the strongest possible setup for EX Oden right now.
