Another gym vlog!! Here's what we do on chest day! This whole workout always leaves me so sore and feeling really pumped up after. I like to take only about 1 minute breaks in between sets to keep the blood pumping, but listen to your body!
Full Workout:
Bench Press: 4x8-10
Incline Dumbbell Press: 4x10-12
Dumbbell Crush Press: 4x10-12
Cable Flys: 3x12-15
Cable Rope Pushdowns: 4x10-12
Overhead Cable Extensions: 4x12
