Rob Riches here from Blue Star Nutraceuticals with this week’s Faster Fat Loss™ workout. Today, I’m running you through an incredible 360 rep ab workout challenge that will hammer every one of your six pack ab muscles while skyrocketing your metabolism through the roof to reveal a set of six pack abs you may not have even knew you had.

So grab some floor space and get ready to shred.

This is 360 Abs™: Ab Shredding Challenge!

Let’s get to it!

Before we get started, don’t forget to hit that subscribe button (http://bit.ly/BlueStarYT) and turn on notifications so you can follow these Faster Fat Loss™ workouts as soon as they’re released.

For this workout, you’ll perform 6 exercises in circuit fashion.

You will perform each exercise for 20 reps with as little rest between exercises as possible.

Once all 6 exercises are complete, that’s the end of round one.

You will have up to 60 seconds between rounds to rest and rehydrate with AminoFast™ before starting up the next round.

Your goal is to get through 3 rounds of this circuit in the shortest time possible, so the rest times you take are up to you.

Now let’s get going!

Exercise #1: Russian Twists
We’ll start by working the obliques and getting the abs firing. Sit with your legs raised parallel to the floor - lean back - grab the med ball and twist, hitting the ground beside you alternating side to side. Think agility and twisting from the core.

Exercise #2: Toe Touch V-Ups
Lie with arms and legs extended straight, perform a crunch raising your legs and arms at the same time to form a V at the top, when your legs are at the top crunch up hard and reach your hands up to touch your toes, then slowly control back down.

Exercise #3: Lying Ab Scissor Kicks
Lie flat on your back, hands under your hips, legs straight about 6 inches off the ground, shoulders elevated. Flex your core and kick your legs one at a time up and down about 12 inches - this will light up your lower abs and get your heartrate sky high.

Exercise #4: Ab Rollouts
Grab an ab wheel. Get down on all 4s with your hands on the handles. Roll out as far as you can go, leading with your hips and bracing your core as you extend - then contract your abs to pull the wheel back in under your shoulders again. Pull with your abs, not with your arms. If you’re extremely advanced, you can also attempt to perform these from your toes instead of your knees.

Exercise #5: Lying Windshield Wipers
Lie flat on your back, extend your arms to your sides to anchor yourself, squeeze a stability ball, or med ball between your legs, then rotate back and forth, touching the ball on the floor each side. Keep your back flat on the floor - this will light up your obliques and work your entire core to get you those ripped abs.

Exercise #6: Walking Planks
Setup in a plank position on your forearms with your body straight like a board. Raise up onto your hand on one side, then the other so you’re in push-up position, then drop the first side back down to your forearm and repeat with the other side - alternating back and forth.
