(Episode 73) The Chicagoland comic community converged onto one spot- Pete's Barber Shop- to browse, swap, and sell comics! A unique and fun experience set in a vintage barber shop. Books displayed were in comic short boxes that included plenty of the Fantastic Four, Star Wars, Superman, Spider-Man, Transformers, Conan, Batman, and more! The event was organized by @evil_nerd_pete and @belascomics for all of us in the area to enjoy! The show was the first of it's kind. I made some major fill-ins in the collection including Star Wars #68, Amazing Spider-Man #77, #78, and #100, Batman #200 and more!
In attendance were Captain Strangelife, Cheese and Keys, Joe Cop Comics, Dominick Cominicks, Bela, Mr. E, Helpmefindmykeys, and many more great and new friends!
