The processing process of theFully Automatic Rice Mill to make paddy into white rice typically includes the following steps:
1. Cleaning and grading:
The first step involves cleaning the paddy to remove any debris or impurities such as stones, dust, chaff, and straw. The cleaned paddy is then sorted into different grades based on size and density
2. Husking:
In this step, the outer husk layer is removed from the paddy using a husking machine. The husk is separated from the brown rice kernel
3. Separating brown rice from the mixture:
The brown rice kernel is still covered by the inner layer of the husk called the bran. The mixture of brown rice, husk and bran is then separated using a vibrating screen, which separates the brown rice from the mixture
4. Whitening:
The brown rice kernel still has a layer of bran that needs to be removed to get white rice. The brown rice is then passed through a whitening machine that removes the bran layer from the rice kernel
5. Polishing:
In this step, the white rice kernel is polished using a polishing machine to remove any remaining bran particles and give it a smooth surface
6. Grading and sorting:
The white rice is graded based on size and quality, and sorted according to the level of broken kernels. The grading and sorting process is done using a series of vibrating screens, sisters, and air classifiers
7. Packaging:
The final step is to pack the processed white rice into bags
