Описание: Part 3 / Upper Park Creek Campground back to Two Medicine Pass was 3.8 miles of strenuous uphill climb. Our Epic Adventure was more than we anticipated. On the way back to Cobalt Lake our calves burned, and our ankles were not happy, but the views are what kept us going and pressing on through the pain. The huckleberry bushes were everywhere! Once we reached Chief lodgepole peak it was another 2.2 miles to Colbalt Lake (we were supposed to stay the night again). But we had a change of heart when we reached Colbalt Lake and decided to take it on in instead of staying another cold night there at the Lake. So, we pressed on another 5.7 miles back to the car. Total of 12 miles that day! We were starving when we made it back to the little town of East Glacier and dinner consisted of the biggest beef burrito we had ever eaten! What a wonderful backpacking trip!!! We highly recommend the Two Medicine area. The mountains there are just so beautiful, and the trails are fantastic. No, we didn't make it to Lake Isabel but maybe one day we can try again. 10 out of 10!
