My simple
almond paste is delicious and works well for cookie and cake recipes. Enjoy!
Ingredients
-1 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
-1/2 cup powdered monkfruit sweetener
-1 pastured egg white
-2 tsp pure almond extract
Tools/Supplies
-Food processor
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients into food processor and blend until it holds together.
2. The finished almond paste can be rolled into a log and frozen. Enjoy!
