At the end of 2024, we imitiated talks with Mark Bowersox at MHI about professional development for the sales force of the industry.
From that came the opportunity to update the official Professional Housing Consultant PHC training offered by MHI and MHEI.
That bew curriculum and course launched in Oct of 2025!
Today, we are in Franksort KY to out on the first ever, live in-person 1-day Certification training for this course.
