Driver rescued from truck dangling off icy bridge

In West Virginia, a tractor-trailer driver was rescued after his cab dangled over a bridge for several hours following a crash early Tuesday.

The truck carrying bricks lost control in snowy conditions and wrecked on northbound US 35, spilling diesel fuel onto the road, news outlets reported.

Rescue crews used a ladder truck to lift the driver out of the cab.
The driver wasn’t injured.
