Описание: Ben McPeek is an important figure in Canadian music of the 60's and 70's. Composing the scores for several theatrical productions (That Hamilton Woman, Suddenly This Summer, Actually This Autumn, and Spring Thaw to name a few), establishing his own company, Ben McPeek Ltd., which promoted himself as a "jingle" writer for radio and television, soon became one of the top jingle composers in Canada (2,000 jingles during the 1960s and 1970s), writing for such companies as Canadian National, Chargex, Coca-Cola, the Labatt Brewing Company, Speedy Muffler King, and the Toronto Dominion Bank. He also Founded Nimbus Records and Giant Records both in 1967 alone. Quite the resume, one fitting of one of Canada's leading composers. Enjoy this song from his second album
