Ingredients
• Sponge cake: cake flour (80g), oil (65g), sugar (60g - split into two portions of ~30g each), eggs (3), water (75ml); Bake at 350f for ~30-35 minutes.
• Filling: heavy cream (450ml), sugar (2tbs), strawberries (~1/2 box / ~250g)
