Let’s be honest – Push-ups can be TOUGH – especially if you are just starting out on your health and fitness journey. If you’re struggling to do a push-up, try this hack with resistance bands!
Start off with your heaviest-resistance band. Place it around your upper arms and then complete the push-up motion. The band will help press your chest back upwards to the starting position.
Work your way through the bands, strengthening those muscles with a little assistance, and then soon, you will be able to do push-ups on your own!
