Let me start by saying: 💫WHAT A VIBE! @rijksrestaurant

🥹What struck me was seeing this big beautiful kitchen and in there a smooth running young kitchen team and their friendly bond, all led by a playful chef.

☺️And what you need to know is to create THAT energy with a big kitchen team in an OPEN kitchen is not easy. I see what you did there that night chef @friso.van.amerongen ;)

So, If you decide to visit, try to get a table in the kitchen area.

🥰The modern Dutch cuisine features ingredients from our own Dutch soils, infused with international flavors. It beautifully represents all our big cities.

‼️Favorites (the entire menu, but if I HAD to pick):
Hamachi Sobrasada: Yes, sobrasada made from fish! It was a unique and delightful surprise.
Langoustine Tartar with Dutch Caviar: It was like butter – simply wow!
Glazed Sweetbread: With Dutch wasabi and beans, it reminded me of “Gado Gado”. Fun fact: I went in with a piece of bread to soak up all the sauce – it was that good!
