Sometimes you just want to make a nice tasty meal and not have to spend a whole lot of time on it. This pasta is perfect for those moments. Easy to make with easy to get ingredients that can be stored for a long time. Great as a back-up option as well :)
For 2 people:
Can of peeled tomatoes (400 gr)
4 cloves of garlic
0.5-1 ts chili flakes
1-2 fresh peppers (optional)
60 gr of parmesan cheese (or Parmigiano Reggiano)
80 ml olive oil
150gr whole wheat spaghetti or pasta of choice
Black pepper
Parsley (optional)
Focaccia (optional)
Serve with extra cheese (optional... but recommended)
