This version of an upper trapezius stretch is great for those who are experiencing tightness in their upper back/lower neck. This stretch can be done at home while watching TV, at the office, as a micro-break from studying or anywhere else you can think! It’s a very easy stretch that can be limited to each individuals comfort level.
How to:
1. Lift your arm up over your head and reach over to the opposite side of your head
2. Gently guide your head so that you are looking down towards your armpit
3. Hold for 10-20 seconds and repeat 2-3 times per day
