Every fall, vegetable farmers race against the first frost — and in 2022, that moment sparked the creation of a new hot sauce.
Clark Farm Harvest is a small-batch, fermented, 100% local and organic hot sauce made in partnership between Craic Sauce and Clark Farm in Carlisle, Massachusetts.
This limited edition sauce is crafted with fermented peppers (shishito, jalapeño, Hungarian hot wax, and cayenne), golden beets, kohlrabi, black garlic, and barrel-aged apple cider vinegar. It’s earthy, tangy, and full of the season’s character.
