Matar Appe मटर अप्पे is quick and tasty and makes a very healthy tasty easy and quick breakfast idea. Also sharing paneer wrap recipe. malai paneer is marinated in tandoori masala n then grilled. roti is made and then all ingredients that includes mayonnaise sauce, coriander chutney, tandoori onion and pickled green chillies are layered and then the chapati is locked. this paneer wrap पनीर रोल is not frankie or roti roll or kathi roll. it has its own texture and taste. try this amazingly tasty easy and yummy recipe.

Matar Appe मटर अप्पे
1. fresh peas ( matar )
2. sooji/suji
3. curd or buttermilk
4. carrot
5. green chillies
6. corainder green
7. onion
8. red chilli powder
9. hing
10. salt
11. oil
12. rai

paneer wrap पनीर रोल
1. paneer पनीर
2. curd, kashmiri chillies. red chillies, ginger garlic paste, maggi masala, cumin powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, amchur, kala namak, salt, til oil for marination.
3. maida, salt, oil, powder sugar for wrap batter.
4. onion, red chilies powder, vinegar, green coriander for tandoori onion.
5. green chilies, salt, vinegar for pickled green chilies.
6. mayonnaise, tomato ketchup for sauce.
7. coriander chutney
