This comprehensive TaxDome pipeline is designed to manage the preparation of various income tax returns, including individual, entity (partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates), and nonprofit returns. By utilizing account name tags, the pipeline automatically sends the correct engagement letter or organizer to the client, streamlining the initial intake process.

Handles Multiple Return Types: The pipeline is built to encompass all different kinds of income tax returns, including individual returns and entity returns such as partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and nonprofits.
Account Tag-Based Automation: Uses account name tags to identify the type of return being filed for an account, which triggers the pipeline to send the correct engagement letter or organizer to the client.

Engagement Letter First: The engagement letter is sent before the organizer to ensure clients sign the letter and do not "fill out the organizer and ignore the engagement letter".
Automated Organizer Delivery: The correct organizer is automatically sent based on the account tag once the client signs the engagement letter.

Document Management: Includes a task to copy the client's files to a separate drive for modification, which keeps the original client files intact in TaxDome.
Automated Date Setting: Automations update job dates, setting the intake date as the date the organizer was submitted.
