Last week Acroyoga Sanctuary Retreat had the mission of teaching the flow to a group of 12 amazing people, most of them being beginners who have practiced Acroyoga for just a few months.
Some people said in the past this flow is not meant to be taught to beginners...well here you can see the result after 5 days of intensive training with me and Isis :)
