We'll examine what's being activated within us, learn to recognize our survival responses, and discover pathways back to our center.

The session includes an extended metta (loving-kindness) meditation, inviting us to connect with our inner wisdom and contemplate: How am I being called to support our collective evolution toward greater peace, harmony, and understanding?
