Unexpected Return to Competition: I'm sharing my experience at the WBFF World Championships in Las Vegas in 2022, revealing my surprising decision to step back on stage just eight weeks after retiring.

Alignment with WBFF Values: Personally, I resonate with the WBFF's shift away from the super lean and muscular look found in other federations. I appreciate their focus on a more holistic approach to health, considering both physical and mental well-being.

Challenges in Preparation: Dealing with limited kitchen facilities in the hotel, I faced hurdles in food preparation. Finding cooktops and suitable foods, especially with my IBS dietary restrictions, proved to be a real struggle.

Last-Minute Preparations: In the eleventh hour, I had to scramble to find a cooktop and manage my food prep, even resorting to a humorous incident involving a can opener. Despite the challenges, I successfully completed my last-minute preparations.

Workout and Registration: Today's agenda included my workout routine and the crucial registration process. It's a significant event where we dress up in gowns, receive badges, and gain insights from federation owners Alison and Paul Dillet.
