How To Make Persian Sosis Bandari

2 brown onions, sliced
2 potatos, finally chopped
6 sausages, (skinless franks or hot dogs)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp saffron water
