~The Workout~
a) Mace 360 to Mace Burpee (3 sets : 3 reps/side)
b) Kettlebell Clean & Strict Press (3 sets : 3 reps/side)
c) Waiters Walk (3 sets : 50 ft./side)
d) Single Arm Farmers Walk (3 sets : 50 ft./side)
{Rest 2-3 Minutes Between Each Round}
