In this video, I discuss the most common stock market order types, including:

1) Market orders
2) Limit orders
3) Stop loss orders
4) Stop limit orders

Market Order: get me in or out, regardless of price

Limit Order: get me in or out, but only at the price that I specify, or at a better price

Stop Order: if the stock trades at a certain price (trigger price), place a market order to get me in or out

Stop Limit Order: if the stock trades at a certain price (trigger price), get me in or out, but only at the price that I specify, or at a better price

I also discuss bid/ask spreads and the difference between liquid stocks and illiquid stocks.
