Some kei vehicles don't have a 3rd brake light. To improve your rear visibility to others you should add one. They're cheap and easy to hook up! Check this, out. It's way better with it than without.
I found this 30" LED strip for ATV/UTVs on Amazon and gave it a try. It can mount with a screw on bracket and or use the adhesive strip it comes with. I chose to surface mount it with the sticky strip. It cost $15.
It works and looks great.
