Описание: WHO: Jackie Briggs (owner, All is Wellness - sound bowls), Jak Ospera (shaman, Taylors Falls Bead Store - percussion), and Alex Legeros (director, Franconia Sculpture Park - contrabassoon). Regular guests are invited to perform, including in this session Thomas Putzier (sound bowls) and LouAnn Hoppe (flute).

WHAT: Sound Healing Jam Sessions. Sounds set in resonant space, improvised on percussion, wind, and string instruments.

WHERE: Franconia Sculpture Park's Driscoll Education Center

WHEN: Typically 7:30-9pm. We don’t usually know the next one until we’re done with the one we’ve scheduled.

WHY: Sound is fundamental to life, and vibration defines reality as we know it, in all terms. These sessions give space for our brains and bodies to retune, sense vibration, and create presence in the immediate ‘now’ of live improvised performances.

Theta waves are a type of brain wave with a frequency of about 3.5–8 Hz that are associated with deep relaxation, creativity, intuition, and memory formation.

Whether you're here to relax, receive, or co-create, all are welcome in this heart-centered space.
