Описание: Playing with some RHW and wharfs - still figuring those out. Planning for this town to be an industrial hub and port north of District 33 - a place for industry and lots of jobs for the citizens next door. This is the very preliminary setup, so I'm ignoring a lot of these demand and abandonment issues until I get the main substance of the city laid out.
