UP Thamrin Nine Observatory Deck with Fastest and Tallest Elevator in Indonesia, Jakarta

Описание: The first obervatory deck in Indonesia is finally opened. This video will not only about elevator, but also observatory tour. The observatory deck is started from 99F - 106F. The ticket price is IDR 100.000 (USD 6,15) and you can buy it on www.loket.com.

There are 2 shuttle elevators, which are Schindler 7000 that goes from 2F to 99F with a speed of 9 meters per second or 540 meters per minutes. This elevator is equipped with speedometer and LCD screen on the floor. The animation is about this elevator is going up or down and when it reach 99th floor, the screen will change to "Welcome to 99th Floor".

There are several fun facts about this building, Autograph Tower, such as:
1. Autograph Tower has the fastest elevator in Indonesia with a speed of 540 meters per minute.
2. This elevator can travel as far as 344 meters.
3. Total structural height of Autograph Tower is 468 meters.
4. Autograph Tower is 3x higher than Monas.
5. The highest outdoor pool in the world at 329 meters (coming soon).
6. Weight of this building is 210.757 tonnes which is equivalent to 1.620 blue whales.
7. The length of the ropes used to hoist all the elevators in Autograph Tower are 70 km, which is approximately the distance from Jakarta to Puncak.

On 106th floor, there are some facilities, such as glass floors, skybridge, and swing. there are 2 more elevators in the Campanile that goes to the top floor, which is 109. To get there, we have to pay additional fee of IDR 60.000 (USD 3,69). The elevators are Mitsubishi Nexiez MRL with standard V Series buttons and LCD indicators. Unfortunately, they don't use the actual floor numbering, which are 99 and 105 - 109. When I went here in June 9, all floors were opened. But, when I went here today, the floors other than L were keycarded. They gave us 3 minutes to be on 109th floor, where we can see Jakarta in 360 degrees.

If you want to take a break, you can go to Temu Cafe on 100th floor. There are several seats that equipped with fan to enjoy the Jakarta view or city light. Toilets are located on 99th floor. The male toilet is located next to the Campanile elevators. In the male toilet, they offer a view of Eastern and Southern Jakarta.
