Описание: Books for Bowel Cancer is a readathon I am hosting throughout April (1-30th) in order to raise awareness of the symptoms of bowel cancer and to break the stigma attached in discussing its symptoms.

Symptoms /Prompts :

1)
Symptom: Bleeding from your bottom/Blood in your poo
Prompt: A book with Red on the cover

2)
Symptom:Losing weight but you’re not sure why
Prompt: a book with fewer than 400 pages

3)
Symptom: A change in how often you poo, or regularly having diarrhoea ir constipation
Prompt: Read a book that’s different to you from your “norm” e.g different genre, format etc

4)
Symptom: Feeling tired all the time but you aren’t sure why
Self-care Prompt: do something to treat yourself e.g watch a movie or have a long soak in the bath etc

5)
Symptom: A pain or lump in your tummy
Prompt: A book you have been avoiding/ or revisit a soft DNF
