Описание: Η Αθηνά Αντωνοπούλου είναι Γενική Διευθύντρια Ξενοδοχειακών Μονάδων, ήρθε στη σκηνή του TEDx Chania 2022 για να μας μιλήσει για τα learning points, που προκύπτουν από τα turning points της ζωής και της καριέρας, μέσα από case study δεδομένων σύγκρισης ξενοδοχειακών εταιριών στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. Athina Antonopoulou is General Manager of Hotel Units. She has a total work experience of 20 years in the field of hospitality. She has worked in Santorini, Mykonos, Skiathos, Alonissos, as well as on the island of Mauritius abroad, in 5* luxury hotel chains, such as Katikies, Radisson, Santikos Collection and LUX*. She has studied a Master in Hospitality Management at the University of Madrid, while she has an M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She speaks English, French, Spanish and German. She has trained a multitude of multi-cultural executives in the hotels where she worked on areas such as: Hospitality Management & Operations, Hotel Revenues & Profitability, Service Excellence, Reputation Management, Quality Assurance, Sustainability & CSR.
