Описание: The Tennessee Legislature is moving toward ending the practice of forced property annexations by municipalities. Sen. Mark Green, R-Clarksville, says he can't envision why anybody would support annexations that occurred without landowner consent. "I can't think of a reason where I think forced annexation would be good or right. I don;t want to say that it is equal to Russia streaming into Poland 64 years ago, but I think it is pretty close."
