Mouth sounds with tongue flutters and the odd whispery wotnot

I can't apologise for the fact that I'm running at about 30 per cent of halfway to ok...which, if you do the maths, is quite a lot of not very much at all...but it sure is better than the bleak alternative. I was in the mood to record...albeit somewhat impromptu and disorganised. That reminds me...must pick up the lollipop so that I don't step on it in the night.

I was only wearing one earring...on account of the fact that the other one is nowhere to be found. I have an idea of where it might be but I can't get to that place just yet because of all the boxes and clutter that I moved so I could erect some shelves. Sadly, the shelves are only 50 per cent done because other things need my attention, including myself.

This morning, perhaps rather stupidly...I decided to do a sinus wash out. I've done many over the years and have had multiple surgeries on my sinuses for repeated infections. Although I've occasionally experienced some stinging during the rinse out...I have never had any severe reactions or pain, until today. It was akin to someone shoving a hot poker up inside my face, over the top of my head, down into my neck and across my shoulder. This happened on both sides and left me screaming with my head in my hands (still attached to my neck) and therefore, I can only assume that the Sphenoid Sinuses are the ones that are infected...given the amount of pain I've been in of late and why my eyes have felt like they might pop out of my head while under intense pressure. That's my excuse for looking a bit on the wild side...that and the fact that at my age...just being alive is a bonus. In summary...there's just a whole heap of stuff going on with me...not helped by the immune suppressant therapy and other stuff...but it will be ok for moments here and there and when it's not...I'll just keep breathing and praying
