復興崗頌 - Ode to Fu Hsing Kang

Описание: Fu Hsing Kang, in literal: "Renaissance Hill", located at Datun Mountain of Taipei, where Political Warfare Cadres Academy are.

Annotation:
Yijiangshan Islands(一江山) are two small islands eight miles from the Dachen Islands, located off the coast of Taichow, Chekiang, here refer to Battle of Yijiangshan Islands

Dongshan Island(東山島) located at Hokkien, Tsiang-tsiu, here refer to Battle of Dongshan Island

Those two battle took place after the civil war, many military cadets have joined, included political cadres.
Because some classified information were leaked, ROC Army suffered a great lost, at the end of the battle, no one have returned.

And there were a couples in the academy, the girl was deeply grieved when knowing that no one have returned including her lover, she jump off the bridge, committed suicide. after that, the academy set a grave for the couples, by the side of Chien Chiu lake, thats the backstory of this phrase:千秋湖畔記鴛鴦
