The plaintiff says she and the defendant share a common wall between their two townhomes and one day when she returned from work, her house looked different. Unbelievably, the defendant decided to remove all the stucco from the front of her home and replaced it with green vinyl. Her home looked so different that she couldn’t even recognize it.
