“My favorite thing about Poplar Ridge is the location and the views,” says Marshall. “I just don't think there's another spot like this, this close to Asheville. And I fell in love with it the very first time I drove through those gates.”

“Poplar Ridge is absolutely breathtaking,” says Baker. “I don't know where else you can find a development with these types of views and the size lots that we have so close to town. To me it's just as pretty as the Parkway and to be able to live here and enjoy it is just unique.”
