The outcome is incredible. To make things ever better the dish is budget friendly and easy. Which makes it a fantastic family midweek meal. The entire meal comes in at about $2.50 per serving.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp of oil
1 lb or half kilo of lean ground beef
1/2 small chopped onion
3 cloves of chopped garlic
8 button mushroom sliced thinly
1 cup of mixed veggies
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of beef broth
1 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
2 tbsp of fresh parsley for garnish
