The US Court exonerated the SPH 10 years ago and penalized the false rape accuser with half a million USD.
Interpol also upheld the international legal exoneration of the SPH under the principle of Res Judicata.
However, the case is still pending disposal in India. Why?
There were 5 levels of crucial evidence ordered by the Supreme Court of India to be produced before the trial court; however, this evidence was not considered. This was contempt of the Supreme Court Order. This video will reveal and explain all of this.
