This 7 minute follow along workout will improve your hip mobility and shoulder mobility. There are only two exercises, keeping the workout simple but effective. The only equipment you need for your leg strength and hip mobility exercise is some pads or rocks. For the shoulder exercise, you’ll need nothing but the ground.
If you feel like you never have time to exercise, this 7 minute workout will give you two highly effective upper and lower body exercises to do at home that will improve your leg, hip, and shoulder strength.
The shoulder exercise helps you open up the biceps and anterior shoulder. You can adjust the angles to target strength and flexibility in different ways.
The leg exercise will improve your deep squat and related hip mobility. It's an exercise for quad strength, hamstring strength, and hamstring flexibility. If you feel like your high hamstrings are stiff, the deep squat with heels elevated can be very helpful. Just make sure you get creative with the various angles of the squat exercise (as shown in the video).
