Erratum: The answer to the question:
"A flight crew member aware of a physical disability that may invalidate..." is incorrect. The correct answer is "not commence a flight as a flight crew member." The answer "advise the Minister" is also technically correct, but the approved answer is "not commence flight as a flight crew member". The reason I think "advise Minister" is more correct is that the question asks "...may...". IMO, if you think you have a condition that would invalidate the medical, you would have to advise the Minister, and the Minister would decide whether or not you still have a valid medical.
