Your 6 p.m. Northeast Ohio Weather Impact forecast for March 6, 2026: Temperatures will maintain in the 60s overnight.
Winds will turn blustery as our next front tracks closer. This front will also trigger showers and storms through the afternoon. Some storms could be severe. The SPC has all of the area under an MARGINAL to SLIGHT risk for severe weather. The biggest threat will be damaging winds. There is a lower risk for tornadoes and large hail.
The window for storms will be the greatest between noon to 6 p.m. Make sure you have a way to receive alerts. These storms will progress northwest to southeast, The best severe storm ingredients of daytime heating and moisture will be east of I-77 due to the later timing.
Sunny skies return Sunday with a slight cooldown in the upper 50s.
