How to Classify Images with Machine Learning in Python

Our first programming video - hurray! Today we are going to loop at how neural networks can be created using only a few lines of programming, how we can construct a multilayer perceptron to do image classification. The MLP is not commonly used in favour of the Convolutional Neural Network for image classifications tasks, but that is the topic for another day! Let's start programming adventures.
