✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Coconut(नारियल) -1
Water(पानी)
Milk(दूध) - 1 Ltr
Sugar(चीनी) - 1Cup
Corn Flour (कॉर्न फ्लोर) /Arrowroot (अरारोट) - 2 Tbsp
Essence(एसेंस) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
First peel a watered coconut well and place the 3-hole side of the coconut in a cooker, put water in the cooker and whistle for 3-4 times.
After applying whistle, take out the coconut and filter the water inside it and keep it aside. Then grate the coconut and take it out from inside, after that cut the coconut into small pieces and put it in a mixer and in the same may add coconut water and grind it and keep it aside.
Then take 1 liter of milk, remove its cream and keep 250 ml of milk separately, keep the rest of the milk on the gas and add 1 cup of sugar to the boiling milk and boil it well. Remaining milk may add 2 tbsp of corn flour or arrowroot and add this mixture to the boiling milk and mix it, then grind this milk after cooling it well, after that take out a little mixture and grind the rest of the mixture. Add coconut paste and grind it, then add the whole mixture and mix it well. Then take a bowl and keep it in the freezer for 4-5 hours, if the ice cream gets frozen then cut it and grind it and add some cream and grind it again. Then put it in a big bowl and add some color essence and put it in the freezer for overnight and take it out the next day and enjoy.
