The DW Collector’s Series Santa Monica Maple kit delivers the original 1990s sound and character that made Drum Workshop a drummer’s favorite around the world. These drums feature shells handcrafted from six plies of maple and shallow tom depths. Due to the thicker wood plies, the pitch is slightly higher with an upfront, punchy attack, a focused, warm tone, and balanced resonance. In addition to the standard maple snare, there’s a DW Chrome-Over-Steel snare to complement the authentic Santa Monica Maple sound.
