Описание: Civil Procedure Rules - Chapter 19: Amendment of Pleadings (CLP)

Parties are bound by their pleadings, and they are not allowed to raise any points which are not stated in their pleadings.

Therefore, the parties are allowed to amend their pleadings, to prevent miscarriage of justice:-

(a) before close of pleadings (as of right); and
(b) after close of pleadings (with the leave of court).
