How to convert Cex Ps3 to Dex with Rebug CFW [2016]

Here's a little tutorial on how to convert your jailbroken ps3 to Dex! This process used to be be way more time consuming and tedious. Thanks to the fine devs over at Rebug this process is now takes very little time or effort! The advantage of Dex is that you can some nifty debug features and it is also WAAAY safer online.
