"Eliminate Guards - SMG" objective is unavoidable (I got it 3 times in this run). To attempt the challenge and avoid failure in the safehouse due to bad luck, I made the rule where I have random substitute objective, if there aren’t enough guard-targets.

Full Explanation
To minimize the chances of getting guard-kill objectives, I prioritized the following syndicate types throughout the campaign: Organ Trafficking, Big Pharma, Espionage, and Eco Crime - these don't have any guard-kill objectives except "Eliminate Guards - SMG".
"Eliminate Guards - SMG" is fundamentally incompatible with Silent Assassin, unless by rare coincidence all targets happen to be guards. Unfortunately, this objective is randomly assigned, and the player has zero control over whether or not it appears - making it the only objective in Freelancer that directly and consistently breaks the SA condition.
To attempt this (probably hardest I ever tried) challenge, I adopted the following rule:
If “Eliminate Guards - SMG” appears as an objective, I use randomizer to pick another objective which will be a substitute objective in case there are not enough guard-targets on the mission. Additionally, I never allowed such missions to be selected as Showdowns. I always played them as regular missions to verify whether I could achieve 3 guard-target kills.
I fully understand that any workaround technically alters the objective, but I want to stress that this one is entirely outside the player’s control, and letting it dictate the failure of an otherwise perfect SA/SO run would be both demotivating and unfair. Allowing pure RNG to sabotage the run would undermine the spirit of the challenge and kill all motivation.
