Mixer machine ke parts ko sahi se fit karna bahut zaroori hai taaki wo long-lasting chale aur koi accident na ho. Niche diye gaye steps follow karein:

​1. Motor aur Body Assembly
Motor Mounting: Sabse pehle motor ko mixer ki main body ke andar fix karein. Isme rubber ke "bush" ya mounts hote hain jo vibration kam karte hain.
​Screw Tightening: Body ke niche diye gaye screws ko dhyan se tight karein taaki motor shake na kare.

​2. Main Coupler Fitting
​Coupler: Motor ki shaft (rod) par plastic ya rubber ka coupler lagayein.
​Direction: Zyadatar coupler anti-clockwise (ulta) ghumane par tight hote hain. Ise halki chot markar ya pakad se sahi se bitha dein.
​
3. Jar aur Blade ki Fitting
​Blade Placement: Jar ke andar blade ko rakhein.
​Washer Check: Blade ke niche aur upar plastic ya rubber ke washers zaroor lagayein taaki leakage na ho.
​Nut Tightening: Jar ke niche se nut ko tight karein. Yaad rakhein, ise hamesha tight rakhein warna blade nikal sakta hai.

​4. Overload Protector (OLP) Switch
​Body ke bottom mein ek red/black button hota hai. Iske wires ko motor ke circuit se connect karein. Ye motor ko jalne se bachata hai.

​5. Final Wiring aur Knobs
​Speed Switch: Rotary switch (1, 2, 3 speed) ko wire se connect karein aur bahar se knob laga dein.
​Power Cord: Main wire ko body ke piche se nikal kar motor aur switch se attach karein.
​

Safety Tip: Mixer assemble karte waqt hamesha dhyan rakhein ki power plug nikal kar rakha ho. Pehli baar chalane se pehle check karein ki jar ka coupler motor ke coupler mein sahi se "lock" ho raha hai ya nahi.
