Deeper, wider, better: Growing China-Africa cooperation

The paper, titled "China and Africa in the New Era: A Partnership of Equals," details what it means to build a global community with a shared future. The paper says China has been Africa's largest trading partner since 2009 and Chinese direct investment in Africa had surpassed $43 billion by 2020. It also points out China has provided emergency anti-pandemic supplies to 50 African countries and the African Union Commission. And high-level exchanges like the forum are also crucial to building bilateral relations.
