Описание: For the celebration of GLO's 25 year anniversary 2024 we asked New York composer Christina Campanella to create a new piece together with the orchestra. We spent four days together talking about ideas and testing different approaches. Graphic scores with instructions, chord progressions and relation to text and improvised sections. Since we started the work right after Trump was elected to be the next president of the USA our discussions turned to be about collaboration and responsibility with an aim to let individuals in the orchestra feel free to express themselves in melodies and improvisations. Here is a recording from the concert together with photos taken during the festival at Hägerstensåsens Medborgarhus in Stockholm. It was a beautiful week where the orchestra bloomed more than ever.
